Dance pups

Pups are doing well! All are gaining weight and getting big! Red is our biggest now she gained 3 oz overnight!! Most gained about 1.5oz, so she's a bit of a piglet! We started the Bio Sensor program and early scrent introduction (using game bird wings) yesterday. They did great with it. Today we changed their collars as their birth collars were getting a bit tight for my comfort. Everyone's tails and dew claws are healing up well! Big sis, Lhotse is now often in the box helping mom care for the puppies. It's adorable :) I started back to work yesterday, and was utterly exhausted last night. My sister Wendy is here helping when I'm at work! She's been an amazing help! This is a screen shot when I checked in just before I left work. 

I've had a few requests for info on personality. I have to say at this age "personality" is not indicative of anything, just usually when you catch them, if they are hungry, sleeping, etc. is what you see. And even if you start to see some patterns they can and often do a 180 by the time we do temperament testing, so please if you take nothing else from this, DO NOT READ INTO ANY OF WHAT I'M ABOUT TO SAY :) it can and will change, it always does. It's part of the reason  we have someone new to evaluate pups at 7 weeks, because it's easy to keep this stuff in mind from early stages. It's easy to do... so, please don't let this make any opinion of the pups. 

Pink - kind of mellow, and snuggly. One of the first in the chow line! She likes to find people to snug with. She's a big girl and is a total baby loves to be kissed!💋

Red - always the last one at the milk bar, and often the first one there. She likes to snuggle up with Green girl, they are often together. She was the first to find me and snuggle! We kiss her a lot 💋

Green - she's kind of quiet easy going, but has a serious wiggly, fighter inside her, she does not want to be told what to do, so if I'm trying to kiss her and she would rather eat.... Good luck! 😂💋 (but, I kiss her anyway!)

Yellow - She's small but mighty. Even the vet noticed, she's a fighter and though she's small she isn't a push over. She's very sweet and often seeks people out to snuggle with. 💋💋 (Lhotse was the smallest pup in the last litter and has unfurled to be about the same size as her mom and bigger than a few sisters, often size is tied to their position in uterus and nothing more as long as they gain weigh proportionally to their siblings we watch it but aren't worried about it.)

Orange - I joke he's wired with an alarm. If you try to take him away from his family he tells on you! He's often the one seeking other puppies out for snuggle time, and loves to chow down! He has such a handsome little head, I kiss him all the time!💋

Black - he's more like Green, quieter, very sweet, but good luck getting him on a titty he doesn't want (hey, sometimes you want Italian and someone is trying to feed you Mexican, you know?) very strong little dude and super kissable. 💋

Blue - she's quiet and easy going. She is often snuggling in a puppy pile, very much goes with the flow. She's a sweet little girl. I smooch her a lot 💋

Gray - she's funny, she's kind of a loner, she's often the one off by herself, exploring the box, or napping under the edge of the cover (she gave me a heart attack once when I couldn't find her!) she's a big girl, and very easy going. We kiss we all over her cute little noggin 💋💋
